To further enhance the security inspection training skills of China Railway Beijing Group, improve its security inspection training management level, reduce training costs, and address the urgent needs of passenger security inspection training, Beijing Daoxin Dechen Technology Co., Ltd., in collaboration with the Passenger Transport Department of China Railway Beijing Group, Beijing Research Institute, and Tianjin Station, jointly signed the "Task Agreement for Science and Technology R&D Projects of China Railway Beijing Group Co., Ltd." to conduct in-depth research on a human body simulation device for manual security inspection training in railway passenger transport.
It is understood that currently there is no manual inspection training device based on wireless communication technology and human body simulation technology on the market. Railways, civil aviation, and subways all rely on a combination of manual and theoretical methods for security inspection and dangerous goods manual inspection training, with mediocre results. The main issues are as follows: First, manual training is mostly conducted through a mentor-apprentice model, with instructors being experienced senior employees. The high turnover rate of railway security inspection personnel poses significant risks if training relies solely on manual methods, and it prevents the accumulation of experience, requiring substantial manpower to complete manual inspection training. Second, manual inspection assessments involve subjective judgment, as examiners are also experienced senior employees who cannot objectively evaluate the requirements of the inspection process. The entire set of movements, inspection points, and time taken are assessed through human visual observation, making the assessment results unfair and unjust. Third, there is a lack of an information-based training and examination system, making it impossible to record, summarize, and analyze the training and examination processes in detail, nor to provide improvement recommendations.
The human body simulation device for railway passenger transport manual inspection training addresses the above issues while conducting manual inspection training through intelligent and information-based means. It will fill the gap in railway passenger transport manual inspection training that relies on traditional methods, greatly improving the efficiency and quality of security inspection manual training. At the same time, it enhances the intelligence and informatization requirements of manual inspection training, stimulates the work enthusiasm of inspection personnel, helps them better understand and master key knowledge points, reduces the organizational burden of manual inspection training, and lowers training costs.
The project is expected to be completed within the year.
