The main function keys on security screening equipment include zoom, organic/inorganic material removal, inversion, brightness enhancement, and image enhancement.

The zoom key enlarges the X-ray image to help identify details of the object being inspected.

This key removes the colors representing organic or inorganic materials, allowing for identification of one type of material.
3. Inversion key
The inversion key reverses the black-and-white display of the X-ray image. When identifying items with low density or lighter-colored areas, the inversion key can be used to help determine the outline of the item.
4. Brightness enhancement key
This key enhances the brightness of the X-ray image. When the image is too dark, the brightness enhancement key can be used to assist in identifying items.
5. Image enhancement key
This key clarifies originally unclear X-ray images or emphasizes specific features, widening the differences between different items in the image to facilitate identification.

The focused analysis method involves concentrating on items in the X-ray image that are difficult to identify, items that X-rays cannot penetrate, or areas of suspicion for detailed analysis.
6. Symmetry Analysis Method
The symmetry analysis method involves finding symmetrical points based on the structural characteristics of the luggage in the X-ray image, primarily targeting asymmetrical point-like or line-like items in the luggage structure for analysis and comparison to detect suspicious items.
7. Feature Analysis Method
The feature analysis method, also known as structural analysis, involves identifying items by focusing on certain features in the structure of an object.
8. Commonality Analysis Method
The commonality analysis method, also known as structural analysis, involves identifying items by focusing on certain features in the structure of an object.
9. Associative Analysis Method
The associative analysis method involves inferring other items based on an identifiable item in the X-ray image.
10. Conventional Analysis Method
Determine whether the items shown in the image violate conventional norms. For example, if the shape, color, or structural features of the items differ significantly from common item images.
11. Elimination Method
First eliminate items that have already been identified, then conduct focused analysis on the remaining item images. For example, first exclude confirmed safe items (such as phones, chargers, and coins) from the image, then analyze the remaining images in detail.
12. Angle Analysis Method
The angle analysis method involves making judgments by analyzing the characteristics of items in the X-ray image from various angles.
13. Comprehensive Analysis Method
Use several of the above methods simultaneously to analyze and interpret the image. For example, when interpreting a laptop, methods such as focused analysis, associative analysis, and feature analysis can be used.
