X-Ray Inspection System

The X-ray Security Inspection Machine is a dual-energy conveyor X-ray screening system and the core equipment for passenger baggage inspection at stations, venues and ports. It performs non-contact, see-through examination of baggage, with dual-energy imaging automatically colour-coding organic, inorganic and mixed materials so prohibited items such as knives, flammables and liquids stand out clearly. The conveyor belt feeds bags through automatically for high throughput in busy passenger flows. Images support multi-level enhancement including zoom, inversion, edge enhancement and organic-material removal to aid fine inspection. Optional extensions include dedicated liquid recognition and automatic prohibited-item alarm. With network upload capability, the machine integrates deeply with the AI screening system — X-ray images stream to the centralized review room in real time for "human plus AI" double checking — and can be managed centrally through the integrated smart security platform. Lead-curtain shielding and low-radiation design comply with radiation safety standards for public screening equipment. Covering railways, metros, passenger terminals, stadiums and ports, it is the fundamental baggage-screening building block of a smart security system.
